Are You Organising A Group?

If you want to organise a paintball game at Skirmish Warminster, we're happy to help in any way we can. Please take some time to read through our information for organisers below and contact our friendly team on 01985 211774 at any time during normal business hours for additional assistant.

You can book your event with us via any three of our easy to use methods, by telephone, by post or securely online. You'll need to establish the following information with your group members prior to booking your event.

• When you want to come and play. (Your event date)
• How many players you have in your group.
• Whether your playing paintball, laser combat or if you want to add additional activities to your event day. (A multi-activity day)
• If your playing paintball then you'll need to establish from each of your group members which package they want to purchase.

That's just about it! Our team will take care of your booking and confirm your details and event date regardless of which method you use.

After confirming your booking we will require your groups deposit, which is payable at least two weeks before your confirmed event date. Our paintball deposit is only £10.00 per person.

We welcome groups of all social types and ages from twelve and upwards,

About Our Pricing Packages.

Paintball.

We believe that a fantastic time with us shouldn't cost the earth, so we've structured our paintball packages so that they're clear and fully inclusive with NO hidden extras.

We've split them into two types, Full-Day packages and Half-Day packages depending on how long you want to stay.

What's included in our packages,

Full-Day Paintball Packages:

• Event period: 10.00am - 4.30pm. ( Approximately 6 hours of game-play. )
• Paint balls: Included as per package. ( Unless taking a "Pay as you Play" package. )
• Multiple Games: Yes. ( x12. )
• Hot Lunch: Yes.
• Equipment Hire: Yes. ( Safety tested and calibrated Tippmann Gun. Clean V-force Goggles, Overalls, Gloves, Head Gear and Body Armour if required. )

Half-Day Paintball Packages:

• Event period: 10.00am - 1.00pm or 1.30pm - 4.30pm. ( Approximately 3 hours of game-play. )
• Paint balls: Included as per package. ( Unless taking a "Pay as you Play" package. )
• Multiple Games: Yes. ( x6. )
• Hot Lunch: Yes.
• Equipment Hire: Yes. ( Safety tested and calibrated Tippmann Gun. Clean V-force Goggles, Overalls, Gloves, Head Gear and Body Armour if required. )

Laser Combat.

Our competitive laser combat packages are based on a set session period and commonly include six games during that session. Please check out our pricing page for details of session duration and associated fees.

Organiser Information.

Online Assistance.
In addition to our online literature we've also added our online package assistant. If your group is playing paintball then you can use our assistant to help you calculate your groups expenses and collect your groups information to save.

Organiser Bonuses and Rewards.

We recognise that organising a paintball game is sometimes hard work and we always like to say a big thank you to our organisers for the work they put into getting their teams together.

That's why we've set-up a rewards and bonuses scheme for our group organisers. For example if you bring along 15 people, we will give you (the group organiser) your entry FREE of charge. Plus for every further ten more people that you book, you will receive a further 200 paint balls AND a smoke grenade.

Please note that organiser rewards are only payable if deposits are received on time. That's at least two weeks before your event day.

Safety and Insurance.

Skirmish Warminster only uses the highest quality protective paintballing equipment and all of our guests receive comprehensive instruction on their use. Games are fully supervised at all times by our trained and experienced marshals who ensure that safety and game rules are being followed, and are always on hand to assist with first aid if needed.

Our site holds a minimum of £2,000,000 public liability insurance and we conduct regular risk assessments. Public liability certificates and risk assessments are available on request for any company, school or organisation who wants to see them. What You Need!

All we ask of our guests is that they come along with some reasonably sturdy footwear (we provide protective overalls, headgear and gloves etc...) and that they are fit enough to enjoy several hours of mild physical activity. If a player does have a medical or physical condition that may result in them having problems when playing paintball and/or laser combat. This condition needs to be brought to our attention prior to any event day.

We always want to provide ALL of our guests with the most enjoyable time they can have while with us, and we want to include everyone regardless of any medical or physical issue. Typical examples of medical conditions we should be notified about are,

• If a player has a heart condition or high blood pressure.
• If a player is asthmatic.
• If a player is an epileptic.
• If a player has certain allergic reactions. ( Possibly requiring the use of an epi-pen etc... )

Event Transfers, Event Cancellation and Refunds.

Event Transfers.
If you have confirmed a booking with us but for whatever reason you are unable to make that date, then we may be able to transfer your group to an alternate date. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if this issue arises with your group.

Event Cancellation.
If for whatever reason you may need to cancel a confirmed booking. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity to let us know so that we do not continue to process your booking.

We also ask that all your group members are on time! We take great pride in the pre and after service that we provide, and don't like our guests to miss out on valuable game playing time, comprehensive instruction and relaxation time.
